This ancient yoga practice is the classic combination of fitness and mind-body connection. Hatha endeavors to develop the balance of strength and flexibility. Suitable for all levels and a great place to start.

Our daily lives are so full of stimulation and go, go, go that our nervous systems can really be on overdrive. A restorative yoga class is a chance to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with yourself and your breathe. You will be fully supported by bolsters and blankets in each pose for several minutes, allowing the nervous system to quiet.
Easy Does It Midday Flow

Spend your lunch hour undoing the stress and tension that comes from working at a desk and go back to work feeling better. Gentle flow to allow opening in the neck, shoulders, upper back, arms, shoulders, feet and low back.
All Levels Vinyasa Flow

Move with your breath from pose to pose in this Vinyasa flow class. Small classes allow for a pace that suits your level.

If you've been intimidated by more athletic yoga classes or think yoga is just too hard, this is the class for you. Gentle yoga is slow with plenty of options in each pose. Celebrate what you CAN do!

Yomassage™ is a small group class that fuses relaxing and supported positions with hands-on massage therapy. The Restorative yoga-inspired positions are all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Each pose is held for around 5-8 minutes while a licensed massage therapist comes around and performs manual massage on different areas of the body. Yomassage™ allows your body to stretch and relax, increases circulation and provides myofascial release through massage.
