Harmony Wellness is co-owned by massage therapists Lisa Finster & Jules Riha, who attended East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland Oregon. They combined their solo practices in 2016 and opened offices in NE & NW Portland. Their treatment protocols combine Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Release, Visceral Manipulation, Scar Work, and Energy/Crystals/Essential Oils. Each session is determined by what the body needs at that time.

In addition to individual sessions, Harmony Wellness offers a unique therapeutic session called Somatic Intuitive Bodywork. Individually, they are strong intuitive healers; together their skills become unified, enhancing and building on each other. They take advantage of the fact that your brain is unable to focus on four hands in four different places; that confusion allows them to release deep restrictions, energy patterns, emotional energy from previous traumas, and realign the muscle fibers to create a stronger matrix within the body.
Our transformative therapeutic bodywork sessions release chronic pain patterns so you can live a healthy and active life.
