Skye Smith, LMT#19641
Skye spends a lot of time thinking about things like- collective, intergenerational and complex trauma, brain science, pain science, cultural competence and bias-particularly within the healthcare system, chronic pain, all of the "isms" (racism, sexism, sizeism, ableism etc) and is forever learning to walk the path of authenticity, vulnerability and humility.
Their training and experience have included fascial release, craniosacral techniques, trauma-informed care, deep tissue massage, chronic illness and pain, injury recovery and they are currently an instructor at East West College of the Healing Arts.
Bringing awareness, attention and mindful communication into each session, Skye will work with your goals to connect with your nervous system and work collaboratively to improve your quality of life.
